CSG Professional Services is proud to tout our recent recognition in partnering with Microsoft to serve businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest in the areas of Business Intelligence/Productivity, SharePoint and Custom Software Development.

Microsoft General Manager Award, April 8, 2010
US West Region/Northwest Area
CSG received the General Manager Award through a strong commitment to working closely with Microsoft in several key areas. While presenting the award at the Microsoft Partner Briefing, Microsoft executive Stewart McDougall highlighted several areas where CSG excelled over the last year. CSG accomplishments included adding expertise in key competencies such as Business Intelligence, Business Productivity, SharePoint, Virtual Solutions, and Custom Application Development; deploying the latest Microsoft products and technologies internally to improve operations and productivity; engaging in key client “Proof of Concept” demonstrations; hiring new personnel for consulting, sales, marketing, and operations; and ultimately winning several new joint customers.

 

"Winning the GM Award in addition to several other categories over the last year reflects our strong relationship with Microsoft ," says Don Lewis, Director of Business Development at CSG.

 

Customer Satisfaction & Experience Award, October 15, 2009
CSG was the recipient of the Customer Satisfaction and Experience Award at the Northwest Region Microsoft Managed Partner Briefing. CSG won this award based on customer feedback regarding the level of service provided. Customer surveys were conducted internally by CSG and through a third-party, which is highlighted below.

CSG recently received outstanding customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores in an independent survey conducted by TNS Prognostics as part of the Microsoft Gold Partner Program. CSG scored 191.67 (highest score is 200) compared to an average Microsoft partner score of 166.78. "CSG's score is truly world-class. It shows their level of commitment to customers," says Jim Kamikawa, Microsoft Partner Account Manager. Click here for more information

 

Winning on Value Award, April 17, 2009
Winning an opportunity by selling the value of the Microsoft technology solution is valuable to customers and to Microsoft. This award recognizes key wins achieved by partners who uncovered a customer pain or opportunity for improvement and provided a solution that solved that pain or helped to build a foundation for business growth.

Marketing Excellence Award, April 17, 2009
In challenging times the traditional rules of marketing are tested. Marketers must develop innovative approaches to creating demand by demonstrating value.  Additionally, it is critical to formulate a strong nurture strategy since sales cycles lengthen and decisions are put under tremendous scrutiny. Microsoft will recognize those marketers that thrive in this environment.

Teamwork Award with CSS, April 17, 2009
Providing customers with solutions to solve their complex business problems sometimes requires multiple partners and Microsoft working together. The ability of Microsoft partners to team together and with Microsoft adds value to our customers. This teamwork award was won by Certified Security Solutions for a project shared by CSS and CSG Professional Services.
