Rapid Requirements Discovery |
|
Every CSG project is driven by the requirements, so defining these requirements is a crucial first step. CSG consultants listen closely to understand your business and what you want to accomplish. Through our proven Rapid Requirements Discovery (RRD) technique, we can work with you to outline specific project requirements and develop detailed plans for meeting them. |

Adaptive Requirements Management |
|
For over ten years CSG has been developing, applying, and fine-tuning an approach for managing software requirements which we call Adaptive Requirements Management (ARM). This approach results from thousands of hours of involvement in the development of important software systems, and from lessons learned.
From our extensive experience we know that there is no “one size fits all” process for software requirements management. The unique characteristics of each project, and of each project team, must drive the adaptation of the requirements management process. The ARM approach focuses first on identifying these unique characteristics. Once these are understood, the software requirements activities, methods and process are adapted for best fit in the environment. |
