Jerry Frank, President/CEO

Jerry founded CSG Professional Services, Inc. in 1993. His focus today is on creating and enhancing services that provide client value. Jerry focuses company resources on anticipating the future needs of clients in specific industries where business and technology trends converge.  Jerry has invested his entire career in software application development, data communications, project management and business management while working for leading companies including Computer Sciences Corporation, ADP Network Services and Hyster Company.

 

 

Ron Ellis Gaut, Director of Consulting Services

A founding member of the CSG team, Ron creates value for clients by building and guiding the CSG consulting team. Ron’s contribution includes solution development, forming teams, guiding professional development and selecting new hires.  Ron's background prior to joining CSG includes deep practical experience in information systems development, as well as client support and training roles in the pioneering days of relational database product development.  Ron’s career experience includes Sequent Computer Systems, Mentor Graphics and Concept Technologies, Inc.


The Business Development professionals on the Management Team provide the business interface to clients and strategic partners.  They work consultatively with clients to understand their key business needs and to recommend those areas where technology services can be of highest value.  They also work for our clients to ensure the satisfaction of the ongoing business relationship.

 

Don Lewis, Business Development

Don joined CSG in 1995 with a background in software development, management, consulting and sales. Prior to joining CSG, Don held key positions as a software consultant, manager of software systems development , and strategic relationship manager with leading companies including Digital Equipment, Reynolds Metals and United Grocers.   Don also founded Mark VII Data Systems, a software systems integration firm that developed vertical industry software and provided implementation and support services.
