Wellpartner, Inc.

 
Wellpartner's business was growing rapidly as a result of new contracts with a major healthcare provider to provide more than 220,000 plan members with on-line pharmacy access. The new web site developed by CSG Professional Services was up and running on time and under budget. It has not only satisfied the large scalability requirements of Wellpartner, but also provides site visitors with a much improved user experience.

ODOT - Oregon Department of Transportation

 
ODOT found report production, performance management and data analysis from its
legacy systems to be very time consuming, costly, inefficient and unreliable. Working in partnership with ODOT’s Highway Program Office, Technical Application
Division, and the department’s business stakeholders, CSG developed a DW/BI system
that extracts, cleanses, validates, and standardizes highway project, finance, and
transportation systems data.

Ruby Receptionists

CSG worked closely with Ruby Receptionists to develop a new client subscription, usage and billing system that was at the core of its business. Ruby's older system could not scale to meet growth demands. The new application, based on Microsoft SQL Server, gives Ruby faster reporting and billing, increased functionality and better quality of information. "Customer invoices that used to take days to complete can now be generated in minutes," says Jill Nelson, President of Ruby Receptionists.
